Terms of Service

1.Payment
Currency accepted is EUR and can be paid through a PayPal invoice.Payment plans can be discussed for larger illustrations
(50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.)2.Process & Delivery
One commission per person.The time it takes to finish your commission varies 2 weeks - 1 month depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work.Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there is no physical product. The artwork may be printed by you for personal use.3.Revisions
Changes can be made when the commissioned piece is a work in progress.A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing.5.Copyright & Usage
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless agreed otherwise by the artist and the commissioner.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, make NFTs, use in AI, make prints, etc.) or use the artwork for commercial purposes.6.Cancellation & Refund policy
The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
